Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana is opening its dockside doors on Monday 12th December, serving up classic Neapolitan pizza seven days a week.
With a passion for pizza, Rudy’s follows the authentic Neapolitan tradition of pizza making, offering classic recipes such as Marinara, Margherita and Calabrese, which originate from the dish’s birthplace, Naples.
Rudy’s dough is made fresh everyday using Caputo ‘00’ flour that ferments for at least 24 hours, alongside the best quality ingredients imported from Naples, including San Marzano tomatoes grown on fields next to Mount Vesuvius, and Fior di Latte mozzarella.
Emma Kidd, General Manager of Rudy’s Albert Dock, said: “We look forward to opening our doors in the Royal Albert Dock from Monday 12th December. The team have loved serving our Neapolitan pizza in Liverpool, and we hope this new site will be another welcoming addition for the city.”
Rudy’s will be open Monday through to Sunday, with reservation times available from 12pm until 8pm daily.
