Enjoy an unmissable waterfront family festival in partnership with Liverpool BID.
Join us on 31st August from 11am-5pm for ‘Last Day of Summer’, a free festival that will bring together all of the businesses on our iconic waterfront for a jam-packed day of culture, creativity, music and of course, tasty food and drink.
The ‘Last Day of Summer’ will take place across four key areas across the waterfront, each offering its own form of entertainment, including live music at the Latin Corner with Revolucion de Cuba, tote bag printing with The Nest, and live music and performances from the likes of Dizzie Brascals, a roaming 5 piece brass band playing funky songs.
Families can also spot the Waggledance, a swarm of super friendly bees as they search for a new home, embark on a unique roaming dance tour around the waterfront with Silent Adventures, and take selfies with a majestic mermaid who will be chatting to visitors all about the importance of marine conservation.
Whether it’s to soak up some music, enjoy dockside dining in the sunshine or enjoy an interactive family-friendly activity, there’s no better place to enjoy the last days of summer than on Liverpool’s waterfront.
