Ts & Cs

  • The winner will be chosen at random and notified on Thursday 23rd December by email. The decision is final.
  • The winner agrees to take part in marketing purposes for Royal Albert Dock, which may include an image being taken of the winner with the prizes, your forename mentioned on our website (www.albertdock.com) and social channels.
  • All entries agree to having their data shared with the involved tenants.
  • The hotel stay at Holiday Inn Express at Royal Albert dock is subject to availability and redeemable before 31/1/25 only
  • The meal at Gusto is redeemable between 2nd Jan – 31st March 2025. Bookings exclude Saturday evening from 5pm, Mother’s Day & Valentine’s Day
  • The brunch at Revolucion de Cuba is bookable Sunday-Friday, must be following Revolucion de Cuba on Instagram to redeem
  • The Escape Room experience is redeemable Mon-Thur and is available for up to six players
  • The meal at The Botanist needs to be booked in advance, cannot be in conjunction with other offers and if the meal is booked and there is a no show the offer will be lost. If winner needs to rearrange, it must be done so at least 24 hours in advance
  • Details of the Christmas Courtyard experience will be disclosed to the winner over email
  • All prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash
  • If for any reason an item is not available, it will be replaced with one of the same values.
