Welcome Back!

09th June, 2020

Albert Dock is open for you to enjoy – with new health and safety measures in place to keep you safe. Our tenants aren’t quite ready to reopen yet, but we’re looking forward to welcoming back visitors for a stroll and some fresh air in the meantime.

Liverpool has come together to make sure all our visitors are safe, so please follow these guidelines when visiting. We’ve always been a collaborative, welcoming city. And we need your cooperation now!

We know how much you love Liverpool, so to make things as safe as possible, we’re asking you to follow some simple guidelines. You’ll see them on signs around you across the city.

  • Please be patient – queuing might take longer
  • Be kind – because we’re all in this together
  • And be responsible – to keep us all safe

We’ve put four steps in place to make our Dock visitors safer, because the safety of our visitors and our staff is important to us.

4 steps

Please make sure that you:

1. Follow instructions from the Dock team to keep things moving smoothly
2. Keep two metres apart – we’ve put markers down to help
3. Give way to others wherever you need to pass
4. Please wash your hands and use hand sanitiser where available

We missed you hugely, but this is also a chance to say thanks for staying away. By staying at home you’ve helped the city open back up. We’ll be announcing opening dates for our shops, restaurants, bars, galleries, museums and attractions soon. Keep an eye on our website and social media for more details…
