Opening tomorrow (October 24) and located a few doors down from its sister site, Francie’s Foccacia and Coffee, Pasta Cosa offers a relaxed and welcoming space where friends and families can enjoy freshly made pasta against the stunning waterfront backdrop.

At the heart of the restaurant is an open kitchen, where fresh pasta is made daily, from classic Tagliatelle to Fusillone, ready to be paired with a range of authentic sauces, including rich Bolognese or a creamy portobello mushroom & spinach. Dishes are further customisable with the option of added extras, such as burrata, cherry tomatoes or prawns, with many ingredients imported directly from Italy to ensure the highest quality.

Staying true to their Italian heritage, the founders’ vision is to create a welcoming space where family and friends can gather for delicious, affordable food. This commitment is reflected in the menu, which includes gluten-free linguine and a selection of flavoursome vegan sauces. A simple and tasty children’s menu will also be available for younger diners.
