As part of our Summer on the Dock programme, we bring you a week of ‘Sports and Wellbeing’ From netball, cricket and table tennis to relaxing activities including Yoga and meditation; enjoy a host of sports and wellbeing sessions all situated on our floating pontoon with the tranquil surroundings of Royal Albert Dock Liverpool.

All sporting sessions are free drop in sessions with no booking required.

All yoga sessions are payable and require booking in advance, please click link below for more information on prices and to book.

Friday 16 August

9.00am – 10.00am

Free family fun with Canal & River Trust including:
• Smoothie Bike
• Explorer activities for young children
• Canoe taster sessions
• Information stand on our waterways in NW – wellbeing walks, etc.
• Display tank - showing what invertebrate species live in the dock along with talk around the importance of them
• Pop up adventure play
