Charity Egg Giveaway

03rd May, 2019

Zoe’s Place is an independent registered Charity providing palliative, respite and end of life care to babies and infants aged from birth to 5 years, suffering from life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. It’s an incredibly important charity, with a team who dedicate their time to helping others, and for this reason it was Royal Albert Dock Liverpool’s chosen charity for their recent Easter campaign.

On Easter weekend, visitors headed to the Albert Dock to marvel at Liverpool’s largest chocolate Easter egg, which was the highlight of the Dock’s Hop to the Dock Easter celebrations, offering a competition of ‘Guess the Weight’ of the egg for the chance to win an amazing prize.

The team also had an exact replica of the giant egg created, which was gifted to Zoe’s Place for the nurses and children to enjoy. Standing nearly 2-metres tall and weight a whopping 19,000G, the mouth-watering egg was both breath-taking and beautiful to look at, with hand-decorated butterflies and flowers.

Thank you to the team at Zoe’s place for accepting our gift, and we hope that all the team and children enjoyed the giant chocolate egg.
